We met at Jeanette’s house for this months meeting, there were 10 of us and we split into 3 groups, a 4, and 2 x 3. We divided up as follows, Lillian, Minorca, Ray and Judith. Regina, Jeanette, and Regina, Paula, Kate and Deborah.
Judith won her game with a score of 123 points. Kate won her game with a score of 231 including a 7 letter word INTERNE for 70 points. Phil won his game with 265 points including a 7 letter word STENTED for 60 points.
We paused for a refreshment break with tea, coffee, delicious home made cakes and biscuits provided by Jeanette.
In the second round the 3 winners played together, which Phil won with a score of 195. Deborah, Lillian, Paula and Jeanette played together and although Paula had a 7 letter word OVERCAST for 65, Lillian won that game with 210 points. Ray, Monica and Regina played their game and Ray won that with a score of 227.
