In May the lunch group returned to the Rose and Crown in Romaldkirk, a venue we had not been to for a while.
For once we did not have to pre order our food and just ordered on arrival. The team were able to bring out our food just as quickly as the venues that we had pre orders for, so this was appreciated. The menu was very pleasant, and everyone was able to make a good choice. The dessert menu was very tempting, and the most popular dessert was the raspberry posset which was delicious.
All in all, this was a very pleasant lunch experience, and we were well looked after at the Rose and Crown.
In June we plan to return to another old favourite Coghlans in Barningham.
