An attentive Group directed themselves into the intricacies of Google Maps realising that working out how to get there is only a small part of what is on offer. We looked at using directions with different modes of transport, how to find what the destination looks like so it can be recognised on arrival and how to load up maps before departure in case there is no phone signal.
We moved on to Apple Mail, finding out that it is easy to use, will support as many email accounts as we are likely to have and offers strong privacy protections.
We finished of with a look at the several ways audio and video recordings can be made, played and passed onto others.
